NOTES :-
- The above results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 have
been reviewed by the Audit Committee and were taken on record by
the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 11, 2011.
- The “Limited Review” required under clause 41 of listing agreement
has been done by statutory auditors of the Company.
- During the quarter ended on March 31, 2011 company has received Research & Development approval from Ministry of Science & Technology New Delhi for its research center at Taloja Navi Mumbai and signed Memorandum of Understanding with Uzbakistan Govt. for setting up Active Pharma Ingredient Plant in Joint Venture in Uzbakistan
- Previous years figures have been regrouped and recast wherever necessary.
- Information on investor complaints for the quarter ended March
