API UNIT 1

Multiproduct manufacturing site. Over 60000 litres reaction capacity in Stainless steel & Glasslined. Ideal for manufacturing of Multistage products, Intermediates & API's.

Sharon's main focus is on Synthetic Research and Process Development. The API R&D infrastructure comprises of process development laboratories, complete analytical equipment, microbiological facilities, Kilo-lab facilities and pilot plant for scale up and commercial manufacturing

This is a multipurpose plant with reactor capabilities of 60000 ltrs. Some examples of reactions that we can handle are below:

API UNIT 2
 

New facility complying with cGMP and as per ICH Guidelines. 3 independent manufacturing & packaging lines which are subdivided further into 8 blocks to provide flexibility and segregation in manufacturing activities with reaction capacity of over 40000 litres and 2000 Kgs packaging per day.
1000 litres per hour RO-EDI water system with closed loop circulation. Over 20 Air Handling & Ventilation Units. Powder handling areas of Class 100000.

Countries for which approvals are proposed include South Korea , Europe, GCC Countries, USA , and Mexico . Facility equipped with High pressure reaction capabilities in SS-316 & Hastealloy-C and also Chromatographic Separation columns.
